Optional extra Ingredients for taste
– 1 tablespoon chopped Spring Onions
– 1/2 teaspoon minced Chili Pepper
– 1 minced Garlic clove
– Salt and Pepper
Put avocado, cottage cheese & lemon juice in a food processor or blend in a bowl with a barmix. Blend until smooth. Add in extra ingredients for taste, if required. Store in air-tight container in fridge. Serve with raw veggies or healthy crackers.
