Bok Choy Apple Cinnamon Shake

Bok Choy Apple Cinnamon Shake - 20160630

Add the following ingredients to your blender…

  • 150ml to 250ml of healthy liquid (whatever you prefer)
    e.g. lite soy, almond, lactose free skim milk, water etc..
  • Herbalife Vanilla Shake Mix
  • Herbalife Protein Powder

Blend for 2 minutes to cream up the liquid.
Add following ingredients to your blender…

  • Bok Choy (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 small Apple (peeled and cored)
  • Cinnamon (2-3 shakes or to your taste)
  • Ice (optional – if less liquid or Bok Choy/Apple is not frozen!)

Blend for another 2 minutes.
Serve topped with cinnamon!
