This one is a great high fibre, protein and filling combination for a healthy breaky or lunch for everyone! It tastes fantastic and is completely packed full of nutrition along-side Herbalife’s nutritional shake mix!
What you need:
200ml lite Soy Milk (or whatever liquid you prefer)
1 serving of Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix e.g. Cookies & Cream
1 serving of Herbalife Protein Powder (optional)
1 serving of Herbalife Active Fibre Complex (optional)
25g of Chia Seeds
(which is approx. 30ml measure or 2x 15ml herbie spoons).

This green shake is so delicious just like tasty meal in a glass!
What you need:
– 300ml of liquid (use less liquid if adding ice)
(whatever liquid you prefer. e.g. lite soy milk, lactose-free skim milk, almond milk, coconut water or water etc…)
– 1 serving of Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix – Vanilla
– 1 serving of Herbalife Protein Powder
– 1 bunch of Bok Choy
– 1 Kiwi Fruit
– Juice from a Lemon
– 1 shake of Ginger (or use some fresh ginger)
– Two shakes of Cinnamon
– 3 – 8 Ice cubes (optional) Read more
Delicious smoothie shake bowl with pancakes, raspberries and chia seeds!
Blend 200ml of lite soy milk (or whatever healthy liquid you prefer e.g lactose free skim milk, almond milk, water etc…) with a serving of Herbalife shake Mix (Vanilla), Herbalife Protein Powder for 3 minutes until thick and creamy.
Pour into bowl and top with 2 small cut up Herbalife pancakes (refer to pancake recipe), 1 tsp chia seeds and some frozen raspberries! Eat with a spoon!! So nice!!
300ml healthy liquid (e.g lite soy milk, lactose free skim milk, lite almond milk, water etc…), cookies n cream shake, protein protein, active fibre complex, 1 scoop of quick oats, 1 passion fruit, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp linseeds! Left overnight in shaker then mixed in blender in the morning for an extra creamy mix! Mmm delish!
Mix a serving of some healthy plain yogurt (Greek or Chobani) with a serving of Herbalife’s Cookies & Cream Nutritional Shake Mix. Top with whatever healthy toppings you like. For this one I had a few cut up almonds, pistachios with 1 tsp of chiaseeds and linseeds. Really yummy and filling!

Dolly Shake anyone??
