Recovery Snack Shake

Shake Recipe - Recovery Snack 2
This one is so nice as a Recovery Shake after exercise, as a Snack Shake (if you are not using the shakes as meal replacements) or as a low-calorie Meal Shake that you can also eat something with it (salad, fruit etc..) on the side as part of your meal!  It is also great as a simple Milk Free Shake shake.  This shake is also great as a Nutrition Blast Shake if you are sick with a cold or virus etc… and you feel off foods like milk, fruit, yogurt etc… as it gives you a blast of nutrition without all the extras. Normallly when you are sick you don’t feel a shake but this one works really well to help you stay on track and recover quicker!  It is wonderful!!   It tastes great too!

Cantalope Pineapple Shake

Mmm… what more can I say!
Shake Recipe - Pineapple, Cantalope, Soy Milk with loads of Ice

Blend the following…

– 1 small container of Frozen Cantalope & Pineapple
(I normally have them cut up and in the freezer ready to go)
– 300ml of Lite Soy or Skim Milk
– 2x Spoons of Herbalife’s Nutritional Shake Mix (or more)
– 1x Spoon of Herbalife’s Protein Powder (or more)
– Bucket loads of of Ice

Alter to suit yourself!  Blend well and serve!
Yummy in my tummy!

Oat Bran Breaky Shake

This is one of my favourite breaky shake recipes!
Shake Recipe - Breaky Oat Shake
Mix together – in a hand shaker or blender.
– 300ml of Soy Milk (e.g. So Good Lite) or Skim Milk
– 2x Spoons of Herbalife’s Nutritional Shake Mix (or more)
– 1x Spoon of Herbalife’s Protein Powder (or more)
– 15g of Natrual Oat Bran

Put 300ml lite soy milk (or whatever you prefer), shake mix (whatever flavour – I love it with cookies & cream!), protein powder and 15g of Natural Oat Bran on top. Lid on and shake. It’s a quick and easy breaky shake. I normally make it the night before and pop it in the fridge or you can cook the 15g of oat bran in 50ml of water in the microwave for 40 seconds before adding it to the shake. It tastes even better and thicker this way!

This is a quick and easy shake to grab on the run with the kids!
I love this one! Mmm… Yum!

Weet-bix Breaky Shake

This is my favourite breaky shake recipe.  Shake Recipe - Weetbix Breaky Shake
Mix together – in a hand shaker or blender.
– 300ml of Soy Milk (e.g. So Good Lite) or Skim Milk
– 2x Spoons of Herbalife’s Nutritional Shake Mix (or more)
– 1x Spoon of Herbalife’s Protein Powder (or more)
– 1x Weetbix (crushed)

Just put 300ml lite soy milk (or whatever you prefer), shake mix (whatever flavour – I love it with cookies & cream!), protein powder, slowly crush 1 weetbix on top. Lid on and shake. It’s a quick and easy breaky shake. I normally make it the night before and pop it in the fridge. Taste even better and thicker. Plus it is quicker to grab and run with the kids!

I just love this one! Mmm… Delicious!

Fruit Salad Slushy Shake

Shake Recipe - Fruit Salad with Ice
This one was so yummy! I had some leftover fruit salad so decided to use it in our shake.  I put the following ingredients into the blender…

– Fruit Salad
– Lots of Ice
– Water
– 2x Spoons of Herbalife’s Nutritional Shake Mix (or more)
– 1x Spoon of Herbalife’s Protein Powder (or more)

Alter ingredient amounts to suit yourself and the number of shakes you are making.  Blend well and serve!

It was so nice!  Mmmm… It tasted like a fruit salad slushy shake!

The kids loved it and so did I!
