Whisk 1 large egg plus 1 egg white. Add in some fresh (cut up) or dried parsley, basil and chives. Season with some pepper and garlic. Lightly spay pan and cook each side! Serve with some fresh cherry tomatoes!  This will give you approximately 11g protein for under 100 calories.

Recovery Snack Shake

This one is so nice as a Recovery Shake after exercise, as a Snack Shake (if you are not using the shakes as meal replacements) or as a low-calorie Meal Shake that you can also eat something with it (salad, fruit etc..) on the side as part of your meal!  It is also great as a simple Milk Free Shake shake.  This shake is also great as a Nutrition Blast Shake if you are sick with a cold or virus etc… and you feel off foods like milk, fruit, yogurt etc… as it gives you a blast of nutrition without all the extras. Normallly when you are sick you don’t feel a shake but this one works really well to help you stay on track and recover quicker!  It is wonderful!!   It tastes great too!

Yogurt Choc Shake with Frozen Mango

Guilt-free snack treat or try eating your shake!

Mix your Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix (adjust amount to suit yourself) with Vanilla Yogurt and then top with chopped frozen Mango.

The mango tastes like ice-cream just like frozen banana!  Delicious!

I normally have frozen mango in the freezer. Just cut into slices and store in serving sizes and cover with glad-wrap or in an air-time container.

Try different shake flavours and other fruits!  It is really nice with frozen banana too!

This is so yummy! I love it!  It is a great healthy alternative for kids too!

Banana or Apple Pancakes

What you need:
– 1/2 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
– 1/2 cup wholemeal plain flour
– 4 spoons Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix
** we love them with Cookies & Cream shake mix!
– 2 Bananas OR 2 apples (cut up)
– 2 Eggs
– 1 cup of low fat milk
– Cinnamon for taste

What to do:
Blend ingredients together until smooth and cook in pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve! Yum!

Tips:
Add in Herbalife Protein Powder, extra egg whites or more shake mix for more nutrition and protein! Try with apple or banana! Both are delicious!

The kids love them and so will you!
