- 150ml to 300ml of healthy liquid
e.g. lite soy, almond, lactose free skim milk, coconut water, water etc.. Add less liquid when using more ice or frozen fruit/veggies.
- Herbalife Vanilla Shake Mix
- Herbalife Protein Powder
Blend for 2 minutes to cream up the liquid.
Add following ingredients to your blender…
- A handful of Baby Spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 Kiwi Fruit (peeled fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 juice from a Lemon (fresh or frozen)
- Cinnamon (2 shakes or to your taste)
- Ginger (1 shake or to your taste)
- Ice (optional)
Blend for another 2 minutes.
Serve topped with cinnamon!
