Healthy Halloween Chocolate Crackles

Snack Treat - Herbalife Chocolate Crackles
A guilt free chocy snack at Halloween! I love it!

What you need:

Chocolate Headstones
1/3 of a cup of Coconut Oil
6 spoons of Herbalife Shake Mix (a mix of Chocolate and Cookies & Cream)
Pre-made white or red icing tubes for R.I.P. (or you can use white herbie choc)

Chocolate Crackles

1/3 of a cup of Coconut Oil
6 spoons of Herbalife shake mix (a mix of Chocolate and Cookies & Cream)
1 spoon of Cacao Powder (optional, if you like)
1.5 cups of Whole Grain Puffed Rice (made from 100% whole grain brown rice)
1/4 cup of Shredded Coconut (optional, if you like)

Chocolate Red Blood
1 spoon of Coconut Oil
1 spoon of Herbalife Berry Shake Mix
A few drops of Red Food Colouring.

What to do:

Chocolate Headstones
Place the jar of coconut oil into a bowl of hot water to melt before measuring.
Mix the melted coconut oil into bowl and add in shake mix. Mix through with hand whisk.  Spoon in headstones molds (whatever you like to use – doesn’t matter) and set for 10 minutes in freezer.  Once set write R.I.P. with white icing on each one.

Chocolate Crackles

Mix the melted coconut oil into a bowl and add in shake mix. Mix through with hand whisk. Mix through the puffed rice and shredded coconut and spoon into liners in muffin/cupcake trays. Attach headstones while still wet so they set together. Put in freezer for 10 minutes to set.

Chocolate Red Blood

Mix the melted coconut oil with the berry shake mix and red food colouring. Pour as much or a little as you like of the red chocolate blood over the chocolate crackles and headstones.

All done! Store chocolate in an air-tight container in the fridge or freezer.

When serving decorate on platter with edible or fake spiders, flies, skulls, snakes etc…
