Recipe - Pancakes
Herbie Banana or Apple Pancakes!

What you need:
1/2 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
1/2 cup wholemeal plain flour
4 spoons Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix
** we love them with Cookies & Cream shake mix!
1 to 2 Bananas or 1 to 2 apples (cut up)
2 Eggs
1 & 1/4 cups of skim milk (or equivalent)
Cinnamon for taste (if you like)

What to do:

Blend ingredients together until smooth and cook in pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve! Yum!

Tips:
Add in Herbalife Protein Powder, extra egg whites or more shake mix for more nutrition and protein! Try with apple or banana! Both are delicious!

The kids love them and so will you!
