I just love chia pudding! This version is my instant version! It is quick and easy to make and you don’t have to wait for it to set! Just eat it straight away! It is completely packed full of nutrition and tastes so delicious too! Mmm….
What you need:
200ml liquid. (e.g. lite soy milk, lactose-free skim milk, almond milk, water. Whatever healthy liquid you prefer)
1 serving of Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix (e.g. Berry Flavour)
1 serving of Herbalife Protein Powder (optional)
1 serving of Herbalife Active Fibre Complex (optional)
25g of Chia Seeds
(which is approx. 30ml measure or 2x 15ml herbie spoons).
1 serving of Fruit
What to do:
Blend liquid, shake mix and if you have it protein powder and active fibre with chia seeds for 2 to 3 minutes or until it goes thick and creamy. You will see the colour of the mixture go thick, creamy and lighter in colour. If it is still runny just blend longer.
Serve in a bowl or glass with some fresh or frozen fruit (e.g. raspberries, strawberries, passionfruit etc..). I find it handy to use a spatula to help scrape the mixture out of the shaker.
Eat with a spoon and enjoy immediately!!
Feel free to top with a small sprinkle of muesli.

Try with some added greek yogurt instead of fruit or do half/half serving fruit and yogurt. So many possibilities with this one! Love it!
