Whisk 1 large egg plus 1 egg white. Add in some fresh (cut up) or dried parsley, basil and chives. Season with some pepper and garlic. Lightly spay pan and cook each side! Serve with some fresh cherry tomatoes!  This will give you approximately 11g protein for under 100 calories.
