Raspberry Shake

Shakes - Frozen Raspberries

Add the following ingredients to your blender…

  • 150ml to 300ml of healthy liquid (whatever you prefer)
    e.g. water, lite soy, almond or lactose free skim milk
  • Herbalife Shake mix (whatever flavour you prefer)
  • Herbalife Protein powder

Blend for 2 minutes to cream up the liquid then add in…

  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries
  • Lots of ice (if you like, if less liquid used)

Blend for another 1 – 2 minutes and serve!
Alter to suit yourself!
This one is so easy to make and tastes great!
