Scrabbled Eggs with Parsley & Basil

Whisk 1 large egg and 150 lite soy milk together in a bowl! Add in some fresh cut up parsley and basil. Season with some pepper and garlic. Lightly spay pan and cook! Serve with some fresh cherry tomatoes!

Will give you approximately 10g protein for under 150 calories. Mmm so nice!
