Warm Apple Pie Shake


Add the following ingredients to your blender…

  • 300ml of healthy liquid (whatever you prefer)
    e.g. lite soy, almond, lactose free skim milk, water etc..
  • Herbalife Vanilla Shake Mix
  • Herbalife Protein Powder

Blend for 2 minutes to cream up the liquid.
In the mean-time cut up an apple and microwave it for 90 seconds or cook it on the stove top.
Add following ingredients to your blender…

  • Hot cooked Apple slices.
  • Nash of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

Blend for another 1 – 2 minutes and serve!
Mmm delish!!
