Bok Choy & Kiwi Coconut Shake
* Recipe Serves two
Put the following ingredients into the blender…
– 200ml of Coconut Water (or plain water)
– 2 servings of Herbalife Vanilla Shake Mix
– 2 servicing of Herbalife Protein Powder
– Bunch of Bok Choy
– 1 Kiwi Fruit
– Fresh Lemon Juice (from 1 lemon)
– 10 Nuts (from whole Almonds &/or Walnuts)
– Fresh Ginger
– Two shakes of Cinnamon
– A tray of Ice!
Blend on ice cycle then, 1 minute on blend then, if you like it creamer another 1 minute on blend for smoothie! Serve!
