Weet-bix Breaky Shake
This is my favourite breaky shake recipe.
Mix together – in a hand shaker or blender.
– 300ml of Soy Milk (e.g. So Good Lite) or Skim Milk
– 2x Spoons of Herbalife’s Nutritional Shake Mix (or more)
– 1x Spoon of Herbalife’s Protein Powder (or more)
– 1x Weetbix (crushed)
Just put 300ml lite soy milk (or whatever you prefer), shake mix (whatever flavour – I love it with cookies & cream!), protein powder, slowly crush 1 weetbix on top. Lid on and shake. It’s a quick and easy breaky shake. I normally make it the night before and pop it in the fridge. Taste even better and thicker. Plus it is quicker to grab and run with the kids!
