This Bok Choy Apple Cinnamon Shake brings that familiar warmth into a creamy, nourishing blend. The apple adds a gentle sweetness, the cinnamon gives it a soft warmth and the bok choy blends in smoothly, adding goodness without overpowering the flavour. It’s filling, packed with protein and perfect for breakfast or lunch. Simple, wholesome and delicious.

What to do: (per serve)

  • 150–250 ml of liquid (less if adding ice) – choose from organic soy milk, almond milk, lactose-free skim milk, coconut milk/water or water
  • 1 serving Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix (vanilla flavour)
  • 1 serving Herbalife Protein Powder
  • Bok choy – about a small bunch or half, fresh or frozen, chopped
  • 1 small apple, peeled and cored
  • Cinnamon (2–3 shakes or to taste)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

What to do:

  • Blend the liquid, shake mix and protein powder for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy
  • Add the bok choy, apple, cinnamon and ice (if using)
  • Blend for a further 2 minutes until smooth and well combined
  • Pour into a glass and sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon on top if you like. Enjoy straight away.

Tip: If using fresh fruit and vegetables, add a little ice for a thicker texture. You can also adjust the cinnamon to suit your taste — a little extra adds warmth, while less keeps it light and fresh.
