Cookie Oaty Passion Fruit Shake
Yummy breaky! Want a rock-solid tasty and high protein fulling breaky? Well, the Cookie Oaty Passion Fruit Shake is a must to try! So tasty too!
To make:
300ml healthy liquid (e.g lite soy milk, lactose-free skim milk, lite almond milk, water etc…), cookies n cream shake, protein-protein, active fibre complex, 1 scoop of quick oats, 1 passion fruit, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp linseeds! Leave it overnight in a shaker then mixed in a blender in the morning for an extra creamy mix! Mmm, delish!
