Lemon Mango Coconut Shake

This shake is like a little holiday in a glass. Sweet, juicy mango pairs perfectly with creamy coconut and a splash of bright lemon juice, creating a flavour that’s both indulgent and healthy. It’s packed with protein, easy to make and perfect for breakfast or lunch. Every sip is smooth, refreshing and energising – a delicious way to give your body a boost while treating your taste buds.
What you need: (per serve)
- 150–250 ml of liquid (less if adding ice) – choose from lite soy milk, almond milk, lactose-free skim milk, coconut water or water
- 1 serving Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix (vanilla flavour)
- 1 serving Herbalife Protein Powder
- ½ to 1 cup frozen mango slices
- 1 scoop shredded coconut
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 3–8 ice cubes (optional)
What to do:
- Blend the liquid, shake mix and protein powder for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy
- Add frozen mango, shredded coconut, lemon juice and ice cubes
- Blend for 2 more minutes until smooth and frothy
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle with extra shredded coconut if you like. Enjoy immediately – a tropical, high-protein shake that’s deliciously refreshing
Tip: Adjust the liquid or ice to achieve your preferred thickness. You can also add a little extra lemon or coconut on top for extra zing
