Mango Chia Seed Shake

Add the following ingredients to your blender…

  • 150ml to 300ml of healthy liquid (whatever you prefer)
    e.g. lite soy, almond, lactose free skim milk, water etc..
  • Herbalife Vanilla Shake Mix
  • Herbalife Protein Powder

Blend for 2 minutes to cream up the liquid.
Add following ingredients to your blender…

  • Frozen Mango slices.
  • 1 tsp of Chia Seeds.
  • Ice (if less liquid or Mango is not frozen!)

Blend for another 1 – 2 minutes.
Serve topped with chia seeds!
Mmm so yummy!
