Looking for a creamy, tropical shake that’s refreshing, filling and packed with goodness?

This Mango Chia Seed Shake is smooth, naturally sweet and full of texture. Frozen mango gives it a deliciously rich flavour, while chia seeds add a boost of fibre and a slight crunch. Combined with your choice of shake mix and protein powder, it’s a satisfying option for breakfast, lunch or a quick snack.

What you need: (per serve)

  • 150–300 ml of liquid (less if adding ice) – choose from organic soy milk, almond milk, lactose-free skim milk, coconut milk/water or water
  • 1 serving Herbalife Vanilla Shake Mix
  • 1 serving Herbalife Protein Powder
  • 1 cup frozen Mango slices
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • Ice cubes (optional, for extra thickness)

What to do:

  • Blend the liquid, shake mix and protein powder for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the frozen mango, chia seeds and ice (if using).
  • Blend for a further 1–2 minutes until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour into a glass, sprinkle with extra chia seeds if desired and enjoy immediately.

Tips:

  • Adjust the amount of liquid and ice to achieve your preferred thickness.
  • For a less creamy shake, simply blend all ingredients at once without ice and use a little extra liquid.
  • This shake is easy to customise – try adding pineapple or banana for a different tropical twist.
