Warm Apple Pie Shake

This Warm Apple Pie Shake is creamy, comforting and full of classic apple pie flavour. Warm spiced apple blends with vanilla shake mix and protein powder to create a smooth, satisfying shake that’s perfect for cooler days or when you want something a little indulgent yet nourishing.
What you need: (per serve)
- 150–300 ml of liquid (less if adding ice) – choose from organic soy milk, almond milk, lactose-free skim milk, coconut milk, coconut water or water
- 1 serving Herbalife Vanilla Shake Mix
- 1 serving Herbalife Protein Powder
- 1 apple
- A sprinkle of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves
- Ice (optional, for a chilled version)
What to do:
- Blend the liquid, Herbalife Vanilla Shake Mix and protein powder for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Peel and slice the apple into small pieces, then microwave for around 90 seconds or cook gently on the stovetop until soft and warm.
- Add the warm cooked apple along with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves to the blender.
- Blend again until smooth and well combined.
- Pour into a glass, add a sprinkle of cinnamon and serve immediately.
Tips:
