This Warm Apple Pie Shake is creamy, comforting and full of classic apple pie flavour. Warm spiced apple blends with vanilla shake mix and protein powder to create a smooth, satisfying shake that’s perfect for cooler days or when you want something a little indulgent yet nourishing.

What you need: (per serve)

  • 150–300 ml of liquid (less if adding ice) – choose from organic soy milk, almond milk, lactose-free skim milk, coconut milk, coconut water or water
  • 1 serving Herbalife Vanilla Shake Mix
  • 1 serving Herbalife Protein Powder
  • 1 apple
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves
  • Ice (optional, for a chilled version)

What to do:

  • Blend the liquid, Herbalife Vanilla Shake Mix and protein powder for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  • Peel and slice the apple into small pieces, then microwave for around 90 seconds or cook gently on the stovetop until soft and warm.
  • Add the warm cooked apple along with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves to the blender.
  • Blend again until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour into a glass, add a sprinkle of cinnamon and serve immediately.

Tips:

  • Adjust spices to suit your taste for a stronger or milder apple pie flavour.
  • Use less liquid for a thicker, dessert-style shake.
