Yogurt with warm Apple & Cinnamon

This warm apple and cinnamon yogurt is simple, nourishing and perfect when you want something cosy without the effort. The warm apple brings natural sweetness, while the creamy yogurt and cinnamon add comfort and flavour in every spoonful. It’s a great snack for any time of day and comes together in just a few minutes.

What you need:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 serve natural or Greek yogurt
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon

What to do:

  • Peel the apple and slice into thin wedges.
  • Place the apple in the microwave for around 90 seconds or cook gently on the stovetop until warm and slightly soft.
  • Spoon the warm apple over the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately.

Tips:

  • Try adding a sprinkle of chopped nuts for crunch.
  • Best enjoyed warm straight away for the full cosy flavour.
