Raspberry Shake
Add the following ingredients to your blender…
- 150ml to 300ml of healthy liquid (whatever you prefer)
e.g. water, lite soy, almond or lactose free skim milk
- Herbalife Shake mix (whatever flavour you prefer)
- Herbalife Protein powder
Blend for 2 minutes to cream up the liquid then add in…
- 1 cup of frozen raspberries
- Lots of ice (if you like, if less liquid used)
Blend for another 1 – 2 minutes and serve!
Alter to suit yourself!
